1 1/2 pounds unsalted butter
4 pounds honey
1 pound light brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/8 cup brandy
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 2/3 tablespoons orange zest
Recipe
Combine butter, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a mixer bowl process at medium-low speed until well blended and fluffy add brandy, lemon zest, and orange zest-mix well. Spoon into a pastry bag, fitted with a large star tip pipe rosettes onto parchment or waxed paper chill until firm serve slightly chilled or at room temperature. Recipe
