    Pumpkin-Flavored Butter

    INGREDIENTS

    1 stick unsalted butter, softened
    1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
    1 teaspoon maple syrup
    1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

    Combine all ingredients and mound in a decorative little serving dish to serve alongside popovers, or waffles, or pancakes
