    English Muffin Appetizers


    Serving Size : 6

    1 bag English Muffins
    1 pound ground beef
    1 pound hot sausage
    1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese

    English Muffin Appetizers

    Fry sausage and hamburger until cooked and then drain well. Place meat on halved muffins. Top with shredded mozzarella. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts. Great served with grape jelly!

    Variation: Use cubed Velveeta cheese instead of Mozzarella. Prepare meat as above and after draining, blend in cheese cubes until melted. Put on halved muffins. Put muffins on a cookie sheet and freeze for 1 hour. After frozen, cut each piece into fours, put into a plastic bag and refreeze. When ready to use, bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
