2/3 cup lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1-1/3 cups orange juice
1 Tbs. Plus 1 tsp. Confectioner's' sugar
1 Tbs. Plus 1 tsp. Lemon juice
1/3 cup ice cubes

Recipe
1-1/4 cups orange flavored sparkling water, chilled
Combine all ingredients, except sparkling water, in a blender. Process Until smooth. Combine orange juice mixture with sparkling water in a Pitcher. Stir until mixed thoroughly and serve
