    Mock Pink Champagne



    Ingredients:


    (3) 6 oz. cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    (3) 6 oz. cans frozen grapefruit juice concentrate, thawed
    (2) 18 oz. cans pineapple juice, chilled
    1 cup grenadine syrup
    (3) 28 fl. oz. bottles ginger ale, chilled
    Fresh strawberries (optional)

    Recipe

    Mock Pink Champagne

    Directions:

    Place orange and grapefruit juice concentrates, pineapple juice, and grenadine syrup in a punch bowl or other large container. Just before serving, add ginger ale and stir to mix thoroughly. If desired, float a few fresh strawberries on top of punch.


    Yields about 4 quarts punch or (32) 1/2 cup servings
