    CHERRY FUDGE

    1 lb. milk chocolate coating
    2 tbsp. margarine (melted)
    3/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1/4 cup maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe


    CHERRY FUDGE

    Melt chocolate in microwave oven. Stir in evaporated milk, margarine, cherries, extract and nuts. Spread in an 8 or 9 inch square pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into squares.
