    FLANK STEAK MARINADE


    MAKES ENOUGH MARINADE FOR 3 FLANK STEAKS


    1-1/2 cups salad oil
    3/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons dry mustard (I usually use a squirt of mustard out of the bottle, not the dry)
    2-1/4 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons coarse black pepper
    1/2 cup wine vinegar or regular vinegar
    1-1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
    2 garlic cloves
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    Combine everything in the blender and pour over steak. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Cook on grill 7 to 8 minutes on each side. Slice diagonally....serve. Enough for three steaks so, if you don't want to use that many, reduce the recipe
