    Zesty Marinade

    A good all-around marinade! Use for seafood, poultry or beef.

    Ingredients:
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    2 Tbsp orange juice
    1 Tbsp catsup
    1 small clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    Directions:
    Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk. Marinate seafood, poultry or beef for 1/2-1 hour. When ready to cook, remove from marinade and proceed.
    Makes 1/2 cup
