1 1/4 cups water
3 cup bread flour
2 teas sugar
3 tbl. nonfat dry milk
1 teas salt
2 teas yeast
1/4 teas baking soda

Put all ingredients in machine in the order suggested by your manufacturer.

This will make a 1 1/2 lb. loaf. I sprinkle just a little cornmeal on top just before bread bakes. I have this for breakfast toasted with cream
