Bread Machine Cinnamon Sunrise Bread
Regular Loaf: -- (Large Loaf):
3/4 C Water -- (1 1/8 C)
2 1/4 C Bread Flour -- (3 1/3 C)
1 Tbsp Dry Milk -- (1 1/2 T)
2 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar -- (3 T)
3/4 Tsp Salt -- (1 T)
2 Tbsp Butter Or Margarine -- (1/4 C)
1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon -- (2 T)
1/3 C Pecans -- Chopped, (1/2 C)
1 1/4 Tsp Active Dry Yeast -- *Note, (2 T)
*NOTE: or 1 tsp fast rise yeast (1 1/2 tsp)
Better for Bread was used in the original recipe.
Put all ingredients into the baking basket and start.
Success Hints:
Great served warm for breakfast. Start on a time bake the night before.
For fullest flavor use fresh cinnamon. Fresh spice enhances this bread
dramatically.
This recipe can be baked using th regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycle.
