    Garlic Blues Bread - Regular Loaf

    3/4 cup water -- lukewarm
    2 cups white bread flour -- +2 Tablespoons
    1 tablespoon dry milk
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon garlic paste or minced garlic
    1/8 cup blue cheese -- crumbled
    3/4 teaspoon active dry yeast

    Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.

    Makes a 1 pound loaf.
