    Multigrain Bread

    Ingredients
    3 1/2 cups bread flour
    1 cup warm water (100° to 110°)
    1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
    1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
    1/4 cup regular oats
    1/4 cup wheat bran
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 1/2 teaspoons bread-machine yeast
    2 teaspoons salt


    Preparation
    Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Follow manufacturer's instructions for placing flour and the remaining ingredients into bread pan, and select the bake cycle; start the bread machine.
    Yield
    1 (2-pound) loaf, 16 servings (serving size: 1 slice)
