    1 c Milk
    4 tb Butter
    1 Egg
    1/4 c Sugar
    1 t Salt
    1 t Cardamom
    3 c Bread flour
    2 1/2 ts Yeast
    ----------------------------
    2/3 c Raisins
    2/3 c Citron -- sliced
    1 tb Almonds -- chopped
