Sweet Potato Bread
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sweet potato -- mashed
3 tablespoons butter
3 cups bread flour
4 tablespoons rolled oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 pinches ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons dry milk
3 tablespoons raisins -- or more
1/3 cup pecan halves -- coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons yeast
Place all ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in the order
recommended by your machines manufacturer. Place the pan in your machine.
Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.
