    Zesty Orange Bread - Regular Loaf

    5/8 cup water -- lukewarm
    2 1/4 cups white bread flour
    1 tablespoon dry milk
    2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons orange zest -- fresh
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 teaspoons orange extract
    1/3 cup pecan bits
    1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

    Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.

    Makes a 1 pound loaf.
