    Irish Coffee Muffins

    Ingredients list:
    1 egg, beaten.
    2 cups of flour.
    � cup of sugar.
    � cup of melted butter.
    � cup of heavy cream, unwhipped.
    � cup of coffee liqueur.
    � cup of Irish whiskey.
    1 tablespoon of baking powder.
    � teaspoon of salt.

    Instructions for Irish Coffee Muffins:
    Preheat your oven to 400�F (205�C).

    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

    Stir in the remaining ingredients, until moistened.

    Fill paper-lined muffin tins full.

    Bake in your oven for 20 minutes.
