    Applesauce Bread

    List of Ingredients
    -2-1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    -1/3 c. sugar
    -1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
    -2 eggs
    -1 c. applesauce
    -1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    -1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    -1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    -1 c. raisins

    Recipe
    Heat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
    -Beat all ingredients except raisins in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds.
    -Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 2 minutes.
    -Stir in raisins.
    -Pour batter into pan.
    -Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
    -Cool slightly.
    -Remove from pan.
    -Cool completely before slicing.
