Cream Cheese Danishes

2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk (save the white)
2 Tbls. rum ( optional)
GLAZE:
1/4 cup maragrine
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbls. rum ( optional)
Instructions
Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with one pkg of the crescent rolls. Press together at the seams.
Mix together the cream cheese, sugar , yolk, and vanilla.
Spread over the dough.
Top with the remaining cescent rolls.
Brush top of crust with whisked egg white.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
Top with glaze
