1 small box of Jello sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice (see note at end)
1 cup cool whip free
1 8.5 oz. angel food cake

Angel Lush Cake

mix pudding, cool whip free and pineapple AND the juice from the pineapple.

slice cake into 3 layers

apply pudding/fruit/cool whip mixture to each layer (as you would do with icing)

NOTE: You may substitute fresh fruit for the pineapple. If you do, you will need to add 1.5 cups of fat free milk.

You may also make this with "regular" ingredients.
