Amaretto Cake
1 (18.5-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3-ounce) package instant custard mix or
1 (3-1/4-ounce) package instant vanilla-flavored pudding mix
2 eggs
1-1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup amaretto Liqueur
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons milk
Dash of ground nutmeg
Dash salt
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix on low speed to blend. Increase to medium speed; blend for 2-minutes, scraping often. Pour batter into a greased and floured 12-cup bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes in pan; remove and let cool completely. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir until smooth. Drizzle over cake. Yields: 12 to 16 servings
