    Creamsicle Cake

    Recipe Introduction

    This is also delicious using other flavors of cake mix and jello:
    Strawbery Cake mix and strawberry jello
    Cherry Cake mix and Cherry Jello
    Lemon Cake mix and Lemon Jello
    White Cake mix and Lime Jello

    List of Ingredients
    -1 Duncan Hines Orange Supreme cake mix
    -2 small boxes orange jello
    -1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    -1 small box Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
    -1 c. milk
    -1 tsp. vanilla
    -1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed



    Recipe


    -Bake cake as directed, in 9x13 pan.
    -When done, use a meat fork to poke holes all over cake.
    -Let cool a few minutes.
    -Mix one box of the jello with 3/4 c. hot water and 3/4 c. cold water.
    -Pour slowly and evenly over cake.
    -Refrigerate 2-3 hours.

    For Frosting:
    -In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    -Add remaining box of *dry* jello, the pudding mix, milk and vanilla.
    -Beat well.
    -Fold in Cool Whip.
    -Spread on cooled cake.
    -Keep cake refrigerated.
