    Heavenly Coconut Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 box white cake mix
    1 3.5 oz. can sweetened coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. butter
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 16 oz. box powdered sugar

    Recipe


    Preheat oven to 350°
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
    Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
    Cover bottom of the pan with the coconut and nuts.
    Pour cake batter evenly over the top.
    Melt the butter in the micro in a bowl.
    Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar, mix well.
    Spoon the mixture over batter and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
    You can't test for doneness because it is so gooey
