Heavenly Loaf Cake

Heavenly Loaf Cake

Serves 12-15

4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp melted butter
1 envelope Dream Whip
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 18 oz package vanilla cake mix

Filling:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15 x 4 inch loaf pan or a 12 cup bundt pan. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, oil, water, vanilla, butter, Dream Whip, instant pudding and cake mix. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes, scraping down bowl when necessary. Pour one half of batter into bottom of prepared pan and sprinkle evenly with one half of nut filling. Top with remaing cake batter and top this with remaining nut mixture. Lightly marble nut mixture through batter. Bake in preheaated oven for 50-60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool on wire cake rack before removing from pan.
