LEMON APRICOT CAKE.

1 pkg lemon supreme cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup apricot nectar
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly, then turn to 4 and mix for 2 minutes. Bake 350 degrees in an angel food cake pan. Place aluminum foil over cake if it browns too much during cooking. (Cake can be frozen)
Glaze: (optional)
1 cup confectioners sugar (sifted)
juice from 1 or 2 lemons
Mix ingredients together and pour over cake while still warm.
