    Lemon Cake Suprise






    List of Ingredients


    1 Lemon cake mix

    2 eggs

    1 8 oz cream cheese softened

    1/3 cup margarine

    1 can lemon frosting

    1/2 cup chopped nuts ( optional)

    powdered sugar







    Instructions


    Grease a 9 x 13 pan


    In a mixing bowl mix cake mix, margarine, 1 egg till crumbly


    Press into bottom of 9 x 13


    Mix frosting, cream cheese, and other egg. Add nuts if desired.


    Spread on top of cake mix


    Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes


    Sprinkle with powdered sugar
