    Peaches and Cream Cake





    List of Ingredients


    1 yellow cake mix

    4 eggs

    1/3 cup oil

    1 large can sliced peaches

    1 8 oz cream cheese softened

    1/2 cup sugar

    1 small box vanilla pudding







    Instructions


    Combine the cake mix with the oil, eggs, and 1 cup water.


    Mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13.


    Drain peaches saving 4 Tbls. of the juice


    Arrange the peaches over the cake mix


    Mix the cream cheese, sugar, pudding and 4 Tbls. juice.


    Spread over the peaches


    Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes
