    Pumpkin Pie Cake


    List of Ingredients


    29 oz can pumpkin pie mix

    4 eggs

    12 oz can evaporated milk

    1 pkg yellow cake mix

    1 cup melted margarine







    Instructions


    Stir the pumpkin pie mix with the eggs and milk. `


    Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.


    Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the pumpkin mixture


    Pour the melted margarine carefully over the top of the cake mix


    Bake @ 350 for 1 hour


    Cool and chill before serving


    Serve with whip topping

    A nice change of pace from plain old pumpkin pie
