    Quick Cherry Cake

    1 (16 oz) can cherry pie filling
    1 box white cake mix, dry
    1/4 pound butter
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    Cool Whip or ice cream

    Recipe
    Preheat oven to 350ºF degrees. Spread cherry pie filling in bottom of an ungreased 13x9 in. pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over cherries. Melt butter and drizzle it over cake mix. Sprinkle pecans evenly over the top.

    Bake 1 hour until golden brown. Let cool completely. Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip or ice cream on top.
