Simple Peach Dump Cake
Serves 12
1 28-oz can of sliced peaches with juice
1/2 box Yellow Cake Mix (dry)
1 stick of butter
1 cup chopped nuts
You must use a Terra Cotta Baker for this recipe to turn out right. Lightly spray a 2 1/2 quart Terra Cotta Baker with Pam or any vegetable oil spray. Dump can of peaches with juice in baker. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Add nuts. Cut butter in slices and lay on top of mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until brown. Serve warm. You can substitute other canned fruits or pie fillings.
