    SODA POP LEMON CAKE




    List of Ingredients

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) lemon cake mix
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 cup lemon-lime soda (I used Sprite)
    Powder sugar for topping



    Recipe


    Preheat oven to 350º
    Spray a 9x13” cake with with a nonstick cooking spray
    In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg & lemon-lime soda. Mix on low for 30 seconds, scrap bowl, then on high for 2 minutes.
    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Let cool completely. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
