PEACH POUND CAKE.

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
6 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 10" tube pan or bundt pan. In large bowl,cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time,beating well after each. Add vanilla and almond extract. In small mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in sour cream and chopped peaches. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean. Top each slice of cake
with sweetened whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Makes 12-16 slices.Recipe
