SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE.

2 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
6 eggs
3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and butter till light and fluffy. Add one egg at a time beating well after each addition. Sift together flour, salt and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with the sour cream, beating after each addition. Add extracts and vanilla, beat well. Pour batter into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350F. degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. When cool, frost or sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
