    Apple Pudding Cake


    List of Ingredients
    4 apples
    2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    2 cups flour
    3 Tbls. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp salt

    Top Layer:
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup white sugar
    6 Tbls. flour
    2 cups water
    1 1/2 cups margarine
    1 Tbls. vanilla

    Instructions
    Peel and cut up apples.
    Cover apples with 2 cups sugar & let set 1 hr.
    Beat up 2 eggs and pour over the mixture.
    Stir up the flour, cinnamon, soda & salt with the apple mixture. Blend well and put into a greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan.
    Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
    Mix sugars, flour and water; cook over medium heat til thick. Add butter and vanilla.
    Pour over cake while hot.
