Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract






Instructions
In a sauce pan melt chocolate chips and margarine.Stir until melted.


Add in graham cracker crumbs. Set aside 1/4 cup of crumbs for later.


Press remaining crumbs into an ungreased 9x13 pan.


In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth.


Add milk, egg and vanilla and blend through.


Pour over the crust.


Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top evenly.


Bake @ 325 for 25 minutes.


Cool and refrigerate.
