Lemon Cheese Bars

-1 yellow cake mix (2 layer)
-2 eggs
-1/3 cup of oil
-8 ounce pkg of cream cheese
-1/3 cup of sugar
-1 tablespoon of lemon juice



Recipe


-Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, & oil until crumbly.
-Reserve 1 cup of mixture.
-Pack remaining mixture in ungreased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees 8-10 minutes.

-Beat cream cheese, 1 egg & lemon juice until light & smooth.
-Spread over cooled baked crust.
-Spread the rest of the mixture (1 cup of reserved) over cream cheese mixture.

-Bake for additional 10 - 15 minutes
-Cut into bars when cooled
