OAT RAISIN SPICE BARS.

3 c flour
2 c brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
3 c rolled oats
1 c raisins
1 c shortening
1 c sour milk
1 egg

Combine ingredients, spread in shallow pan. Bake @ 325.
