    Asparagus Spice Cookies

    Asparagus Spice Cookies
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup nuts, chopped
    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 teaspoon cloves
    1 pkg. (18 1/2 ounces) yellow cake mix
    1/2 cup raisins
    3/4 cup cooking oil
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    1 cup cooked asparagus, mashed


    Blend all ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until light brown in color. Makes about 3 dozen.
