DRIED CHERRY CHEESECAKE PIE

1-6oz. Chocolate flavored pie crust
2-8oz. Pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup Sour cream
2/3 Cup Graceland dried cherries

DRIED CHERRY CHEESECAKE PIE


Position rack in center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and beat until smooth and light. Beat in eggs and vanilla just until blended, scraping sides of bowl to combine all ingredients. Stir in sour cream and then the Graceland dried cherries. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake pie 45 minutes or until lightly browned and set in the center. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before serving. YIELD: 8 SERVINGS
