    Lime Pie

    Ingredients:
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 cup lime juice
    6 oz. graham cracker crumb pie crust
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    Yellow food coloring (optional)
    1 cup (1/2 pint) whipped cream, whipped

    Directions:
    In medium bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftover. Makes 6 servings.
