    Peaches & Cream Pie

    3/4 cup flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg - beaten
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    1 lg. can peaches (drained) or 2 cups fresh peaches (with skin removed and sliced)
    Combine above ingredients, except peaches. Pour into a greased 9" pie dish. Arrange peaches on top of batter.


    1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese Advertisement:

    1/2 cup sugar
    Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spoon on top of peaches to within 1" from edge of pan.


    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 l/2 T. sugar
    Mix together, then sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
