    Southern Sweet Potatoes

    1/4 cup butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    3 cups grated sweet potatoes (raw)

    Southern Sweet Potatoes
    Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and beat well. Combine with cream and sweet potatoes. Pour in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350° uncovered for 1 h
