    BREAKFAST/BRUNCH CASSEROLE
    1 lb. sausage
    1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 cup milk
    2 cups (8 oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

    Crumble sausage in skillet; brown and drain. Line bottom of 13X9" pan
    with crescent rolls. Press edges together. Sprinkle with sausage and
    cheese. Combine other ingredients and beat well. Pour over sausage.

    Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut in squares.
    Serves 6-8 people.
