    Fabulous Scrambled Eggs



    List of Ingredients
    8 Eggs chopped onion
    8 oz can mushroom pieces drained
    2 cups shredded velveeta
    dash or worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. tarragon
    2-3 Tbls. margarine


    Instructions

    Saute onion in margarine till onion is soft.


    Add mushrooms.


    Beat the eggs with the worcestershire, and seasonings.

    Pour egg mixture over the onions.
    Add the velveeta.
    Cook and stir til eggs are set and cheese is melted.
