2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon flour
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 unbaked pastry shell for a 9-inch pie
Combine cheese, flour, eggs, half-and-half, salt and onion; mix well. Pour into the pastry shell and bake in a preheated 350°F oven 50 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
