Cook-Off Potatoes.
6 to 8 potatoes baked, cooled, peeled or unpeeled, and cut into cubes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese grated
Chives to taste
1/2 bottle of real bacon bits
One stick of butter, melted
1. Gently toss the sour cream, cheddar cheese, chives and bacon bits with the potatoes. Put in greased casserole and drizzle with the stick of butter.
2. Heat in oven at 350 until heated through, about 25 minutes.
