Easy Oven-baked Potato Wedges
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 lbs. potatoes - cut in chunks or wedges
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation -
Potatoes may be peeled or leave skin on if desired. Place all ingredients in a plastic bag. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes onto a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 450º, stirring once or twice , for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
