List of Ingredients

HARVARD BEETS.
**************
1 1/2 tablespoons sweet butter
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 cup of beet juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Freshly cooked or canned sliced beets

In a small pot heat all the ingredients except the beets until all the sugar dissolves. Place the sliced beets in the mixture and toss gently. Warm and serve
