    Oven Roasted Potatoes

    OVEN ROASTED POTATOES

    3 pounds smallest boiling potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
    4 tablespoons EACH melted unsalted butter AND olive oil
    1 tablespoon (or more) each coarse sea salt and Hungarian sweet paprika
    1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

    OVEN ROASTED POTATOES

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients well in a 12 inch roasting dish and bake in a preheated 400� oven until tender, about 1 hour.
