    Pennsylvania Dutch Potato Salad


    1 cup mayonaisse
    1 T. prepared yellow mustard
    2 T. apple cider vinegar
    2 T. sugar
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 medium potatoes - peeled, cooked, and diced
    1/2 cup - chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3 hard boiled eggs - chopped
    1/4 tsp. paprika

    Preparation -
    In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonaisse, mustard, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a large bowl, stir the diced potatoes, chopped celery , onion and hard boiled eggs together. Add the mayonaisse mixture to the vegetable mixture. Gently stir all the ingredients together. Refrigerate for at for least 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle with the paprika just before serving
