    Potato Casserole

    8 large potatoes, par boiled
    1 8oz container sour cream
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb Velveeta cheese, shredded
    Hormel Real Bacon Bits

    Combine all ingredients except bacon bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with bacon bits.
